2022 Montclair Registration

Hockey in New Jersey is back for the 2022 season! HNJ Montclair is open to Newark residents ages 6 - 18 (proof of address is required at the equipment handout).  The sessions will take place at Clary Anderson Arena.  This registration will be enable you to participate in our 2021 spring/summer and 2022 fall/winter seasons. 

Parents/Guardians must fill out and electronically sign the following forms:

1) HNJ Registration and Medical Waiver
2) HNJ Media Consent
3) HNJ Cell Phone Policy
4) HNJ Participation Survey
5) USA Hockey Code of Conduct
